Rooms and Rates – How This Works
- Check out the description and pictures of all the available rooms (look for the arrows to help you rotate the available pictures)
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Note that some rooms have twin beds (cannot be combined) and some rooms have king beds (cannot be split)
- Once you’ve chosen, all bookings are made with a $1000 AUD deposit per person using the book now buttons for each room
- For all bookings, the balance is due on or before 31st January 2026 (by direct bank transfer or PayPal)
Two Bed Villa
Banyan, a 2 bedroom Villa sits on a small hillside, surrounded by lush greenery, offering views that stretch over Koggala Lake. The spacious living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lake and the vibrant fauna, while light floods the contemporary interior.
The 2-bedroom villa features a living area with a small kitchenette nestled between the bedrooms, as well as a small, private plunge pool with sunloungers to unwind and relax.
Each room in this villa has a king bed (which cannot be split).

Tree Houses
Quietly nestled amongst the lush foliage of the property, perched on a hillside, sit four treehouses. Raised above the surrounding fauna, surrounded by lush greenery, the treehouses offer views that stretch over Koggala Lake and the pool at the back of the property, while offering added privacy. Natural light spills generously through the large windows, inviting the outdoors to become an integral part of the experience.

Cottages
The cottages are scattered throughout the landscape, each with a slightly different character. One cottage with a king bed features a modern, contemporary design philosophy, an additional two cottages with twins beds feature vernacular architectural design with half flat tiled roofs. All share direct views over the lake.
