An energetic moving practice that builds  strength, resilience, flexibility and mobility. We still link postures with mindful movement and focus on the breath but expect some core work plus postures which develop stamina for the key muscle groups .

This practice allows you to increase your fitness and strength level while keeping the mindfulness of a yoga practice. This class is absolutely still suitable for all levels of yogis but we recommend at least a few vinyasa flow classes behind you or a base level of fitness to help you get the most from this challenging but satisfying practice.
