Join Bobby for an afternoon of self-exploration through the practices of yoga and Sv\u0101dhy\u0101ya (self-inquiry). Our intention over the 2-hours together is to create a clear and committed space for self-care and self-inquiry, both on and off the yoga mat.<\/p>\n

In this immersive workshop, we will journey through a range of yoga practices, including asana (poses and movement), pranayama (breath), chi (energy) movements, meditation, and yoga nidra (rest), to give ourselves the opportunity to move, energize, slow down, go inward, and rest.<\/p>\n

Bobby will guide you through each practice, offering support to deepen your practice and connect with your inner self, taking time after each to pause, reflect, and journal.<\/p>\n

Expect to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with tools to continue self-exploration at home in your personal world beyond our time together. Full moons are all about letting go and releasing what no longer serves you. It is a particularly potent time for a sound bath, where we have the opportunity to go inward, uncover what is laying dormant and then let go. Join us for an extended 75 min sound bath which will incorporate intention setting, breathwork, and ofcourse, a lush sound bath with Phoebe Dubar. <\/p>\n
Phoebe Dubar (aka: IKSRE) is a classically trained multi-instrument, vocalist, producer, and sound healer. She combines field recordings collected from the vast, Australian landscape with Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand pan, drum, chimes, etherical vocals and overtone singing.<\/span><\/div>\n

Join yoga teacher, Sarah McGrath, and beloved Acupuncturist and Remedial Massage Therapist, Courtney Fisher for an evening of yin yoga, acupuncture, massage therapy & community.<\/p>\n

Sarah and Courtney will guide you through a decadent 90 minute yin practice targeting the kidney and bladder meridians, whilst giving hands on adjustments in each shape. Practice will end with an extra long savasana where Courtney will target a few acupuncture points along the same meridian lines allowing you to shed anything no longer serving you, to feel balanced moving into Winter.<\/p>\n

Guests are invited to stay afterwards for tea, treats and chats.<\/p>\n

The 10k circuit does have hill climbs and tricky steps, a base level of fitness is required. The walk should take us approximately 4.5 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n
