SlowLane Masterclass : Arm Balance

Join Iestyn, co-owner of SlowLane Yoga for an Arm Balancing Masterclass. Over 2 hours Iestyn will guide you through a yoga practice where you will explore and breakdown the most commonly practiced arm balances.
Learn basic to intermediate arm balances including crow, side crow, titibasana, koundinyasana 1 & 2 from a safe and in-depth perspective with some fun along the way.
Exploring the fundamentals, you will gain confidence to incorporate them into your regular practice and if you are a teacher, you will gain some hot tips on how to safely guide your students while incorporating them into your teachings.
All levels welcome.

Join Bobby for an afternoon of self-exploration through the practices of yoga and SvΔdhyΔya (self-inquiry). Our intention over the 2-hours together is to create a clear and committed space for self-care and self-inquiry, both on and off the yoga mat.
In this immersive workshop, we will journey through a range of yoga practices, including asana (poses and movement), pranayama (breath), chi (energy) movements, meditation, and yoga nidra (rest), to give ourselves the opportunity to move, energize, slow down, go inward, and rest.
Bobby will guide you through each practice, offering support to deepen your practice and connect with your inner self, taking time after each to pause, reflect, and journal.
Expect to leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with tools to continue self-exploration at home in your personal world beyond our time together. This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga experience and will be a Saturday afternoon well spent with the SlowLane Yoga community.

Join yoga teacher, Sarah McGrath, and beloved Acupuncturist and Remedial Massage Therapist, Courtney Fisher for an evening of yin yoga, acupuncture, massage therapy & community.
Sarah and Courtney will guide you through a decadent 90 minute yin practice targeting the kidney and bladder meridians, whilst giving hands on adjustments in each shape. Practice will end with an extra long savasana where Courtney will target a few acupuncture points along the same meridian lines allowing you to shed anything no longer serving you, to feel balanced moving into Winter.
Guests are invited to stay afterwards for tea, treats and chats.
Spaces are limited to ensure the best experience, this will sell out so we recommend booking as soon as you can.Β Beginner friendly, no previous yoga experience required. Bring a blanket and an eye mask (or something to cover your eyes) and comfy clothes.

Are you looking for a different way to spend a Sunday morning?
The SlowLane crew are heading out to Werribee Gorge for a morning of nature, movement and connection and we would love for you to join us!
The 10k circuit does have hill climbs and tricky steps, a base level of fitness is required. The walk should take us approximately 4.5 hours.
Transport: you will need to arrange your own transport, car pooling can be organized so let us know if you are looking for someone to travel with.
What to bring: good walking shoes, appropriate walking clothes, food and snacks, water, sunscreen and a hat.Β
